2nd Season Fern Creek Cooking Classes Begin!

cookingTerrie and I are ready to resume a second round of what we should call, “Cooking in the Kitchen with Friends”.

Now that the CSA season is winding down and the urgency of the summer garden work is becoming less urgent, I’m ready to start meeting new friends and seeing old ones in our kitchen and around our table. Terrie has settled into a new semester at GFU, and she’s ready, too.

For this first class, Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Browned Butter and Pinenuts will be back for those who missed it the first time around. Otherwise, we’re changing up our Italian feast menu, as we will all our offerings for the coming season.

Classes are open to any within driving distance of Fern Creek who want to learn some tips, rub elbows with others cooking up good food, and then eating it in the company of friendly faces, both familiar and unfamiliar.
